Notable for co-founding both a Silicon Valley investment organization called Formation 8 Partners and a multi-billion-dollar financial and global defense analysis company called Palantir Technologies, Lonsdale also chaired a California company called ONEHOPE Wine and a finance and technology organization by the name of Addepar. After earning a bachelor's degree in computer science from Stanford University, he worked for the PayPal and Clarium Capital companies.
