Chinese-American poet and activist known for Dreams in Harrison Railroad Park and other collections. A prominent feminist and socialist, she joined both the Freedom Socialist Party and the Radical Women during the 1960s. She attended San Francisco State University and later established Unbound Feet, a performance troupe dedicated to Asian American and feminist work.
