Famous as protagonist Aldonza Alcocer Torres in the Mexican telenovela La Sombra del Pasado, she is also notable for her TVyNovelas Award-nominated portrayals of Alba Maria del Sagrario Morales Aldama and Young Rebeca Murillo in the respective soap operas La Mujer del Vendaval and El Color de la Pasion. She made her childhood acting debut in the early 1990s telenovela Angeles sin Paraiso.
