Founder of entertainment company Mind Candy which launched Moshi Monsters in 2008, an online game where kids can raise their own virtual monsters. As of 2015 it has over 90 million users world wide. In the late 1990's, while still in university, Smith co-founded online retailer Firebox.com, which quickly became a huge success.
