Welsh actress and fitness model known for her portrayal of Sioned Rees in the Welsh soap opera Pobol y Cwm and for taking 2nd in the bikini portion of the UK Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation Nationals. Before joining the cast of Pobol y Cwm in 2012, she studied at a theatre high school in Ammanford, Wales.
