A German singer and songwriter, she rose to prominence in Europe when she performed for Germany at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2015. After completing her schooling in Hamburg, Germany, she moved to New York to study at Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. She released her first single "Get Over Yourself" in 2012.
