Rapper who was best known for his prolific solo career in the Bay Area rap scene. His 2009 Tear Gas album peaked at #93 on the Billboard Top 200 chart. In February 2015, he was shot and killed by an unidentified gunman in Oakland, California. He began his career as a part of the rap collective Mob Figaz. He joined upon the group's initial formation in 1997. In 1999, the group's debut album C-Bo's Mob Figaz peaked at #63 on Billboard's Top R&B albums chart.
