Remembered for her childhood role in the South Korean monster film The Host, this award-winning actress also played Gil Pul-ip in the KBS2 television series Master of Study. Her other credits include the films Snowpiercer, Duet, and Elegant Lies. She acted in her first television commercial when she was just four years old and appeared in her first musical play at the age of ten. In her early teens, she became part of a Korean Broadcasting System children's series called Oolla Boolla Blue-Jjang.
