Acclaimed international artist recognized and acknowledged in the performing arts as a performer as well as director and writer in the field of drama. He is best known for his starring role in the SABC1 drama Skeem Saam as Thabo Maputla, but has also found success in industrial, corporate, commercial, protest, applied, realist and absurd theatre. As a child, he recalls wanting to be a performer or biotechnologist. He attended the University of Witwatersrand where he studied for a Bachelor of Arts in the dramatic arts. His performing arts career began in 2005 during his high school days.
