A French poet and novelist, he is best known for his poetry collection, Ricercari. His work covers such diverse topics as Catholicism and travel. Born in France, he later moved to Canada, where he studied at the Coll ge Stanislas in Quebec. He subsequently attended Poitiers University in his native France.
