American singer and songwriter who initially rose to prominence as the frontman of the Tampa-born band Brer. He later went on to release his debut solo EP Live From the Hotel Caf' in 2008. He has since released the full-length albums Take Us to the Start and This World Won't Last Forever, But Tonight We Can Pretend. In his early career, he worked as a cabinet store worker by day and as a musician by night. He was initially drawn to the punk and emo style, influenced by artists like Tom Petty and Bob Dylan before turning to more pop and rock influences.
