Author of the young adult science fiction trilogy The 100 which was adapted into a television series on The CW. The novels are titled The 100, The 100: Day 21 and The 100: Homecoming. She studied English and history at Brown University where she would read gothic novels in the library. After college, she crossed the pond to pursue a Master 's degree in 19th century literature at Oxford.
