This Republican politician took office in 2012 as a 59th-district member of the Florida House of Representatives, where he served on the Health Quality, Civil Justice, Judiciary, Choice and Innovation, and Higher Education and Workforce Subcommittees. After receiving a history degree from the University of South Florida, he earned a law degree from Florida State University.
