Welsh-born screen actress known for her roles in such films as Third Star, Snow Cake, and Patagonia. Her television credits include a 2010 episode of Doctor Who and a 2014 episode of a Welsh/English bilingual police drama called Hinterland. Early in her career, she appeared in the BAFTA-winning and Academy Award-nominated film Solomon & Gaenor.
