Born Martrel Reeves and best known by the stage name Fat Trel, he is a hip-hop recording artist who started releasing mixtapes annually in 2010. He released two mixtapes in 2010 called Youngest Runnin Da City Vol. 1 and No Secrets, the former of which was a collaboration with Slutty Boyz.
