In 2009, this British-born rugby lock joined the Ulster team. Previously, he had played for Gloucester (from 2007-08) and The Exeter Chiefs (from 2008-09). On the national level, he played for both Ireland and the Ireland Wolfhounds. He played his youth career for the Weston-super-Mare Rugby Football Club.
