German electronic music producer known for his live acts, during which he takes disassembled tracks and puts them back together. His single "Song of Sand" went platinum. He also played the character Ickarus in the German film Berlin Calling. He and his friend Sascha Funke connected over techno music growing up. They lived together in their late teens and began producing their own music.
