Republican politician who became a US Representative from California in 1993. He made March Field Air Museum the Distinguished Flying Cross National Memorial with the Distinguished Flying Cross National Memorial Act in 2013. He received an associate of arts degree from Chaffey Community College in 1973 before getting his bachelors of arts degree San Diego State University in 1975.
