British stand-up comedian who has appeared on several British TV shows including the celebrity quiz show Have I Got News For You. In 2007 Channel 4 ranked him as the 10th greatest stand-up comic on their 100 Greatest Stand-Ups list. He was a juggler and joined a clown troupe. Later be became a member of the youth theatre at the People's Theatre in Heaton.
