Formerly best known as a Vine phenomenon where she had gained more than 2.3 million followers, Wolftyla transitioned into being a singer-songwriter for Interscope Records. Her track "feels" accumulated more than 5 million plays and 100,000 likes on Soundcloud. She suffered from clinical depression and anxiety for more than three years, but over time, was able to find a positive mindset to power through and overcome the negative.
