Following his famous, breakout role as Luis in the 1990s telenovela Amor de Nadie, Lisazo played major roles in both Tierra de Pasiones (as Francisco Contreras) and El Rostro de la Venganza (as Ezequiel Alvarado). Before beginning his acting career, he played football (soccer) for a decade with the Club Atletico Sarmiento. After an injury forced him to end his involvement with the sport, he pursued a career as a model.
