Singer and songwriter who, along with his twin brother Andrew, formed a hip-hop and electro band called Locnville. Locnville's hit songs include "Stars Above You" and "Sun in My Pocket." In 2006, Brian and Andrew Chaplin formed a band called III (Three). The group released its first album, What They Say, in 2007.
