Singer, songwriter, and actor, he became known for winning Channel 4's national singing competition Hollyoaks Unsigned, which looked for underground artist who could write a song for the soap opera Hollyoaks. He won with his song "It's Alright" in 2010. Before competing on Hollyoaks Unsigned he had two songs called "Ni Sohniye" and "Kangna" which earned him a Best Newcomer award at the Asian Music Awards and a Most Popular Artist By Public Demand award at the Pakistani Music Awards in 2015.
