Famous for his Seattle-based PBS cooking shows Nick Stellino's Family Kitchen and Cucina Amore, this Italian-born chef is also notable for his cookbooks, which include Nick Stellino's Glorious Italian Cooking and Nick Stellino's Passione: Pasta, Pizza, Panini. After abandoning a career on Wall Street, he became an apprentice of Italian-American chef Celestino Drago.
