Nutrition enthusiast and blogger who published her first book, Powerfood, in 2014. Her second book, scheduled for release in June of 2015, is called Van Friesland naar New York. She moved from Friesland to New York when she was 19 years old and after a couple of years decided to move to Amsterdam.
