Chicano rapper who first made a name for himself in the underground rap scene in the early 2000's with releases like Mr. Capone-E & the Southsiders and Dedicated 2 the Oldies. He is also the owner of the Hi-Power Entertainment record label. He lived as a gang member before being released from prison in 1998, at which point he began pursuing a rap career.
