Civic leader and politician who was in the Oklahoma State Senate, District 46, from November 2006 until January 15, 2012. He notably spearheaded an initiative to ease the process of donating abandoned properties to Habitat for Humanity by local governments. He obtained a bachelor's degree in Religious Studies from Colby College in 1996 and a masters in Theological Studies from Harvard Divinity School in 1999.
