Singer and television, stage, and voice over actress, she is best known for her role in the stage production Miss Saigon and as the voice of Lapis Lazuli in Cartoon Network's Steven Universe. She has won many stage performing awards since 2008. She began her college career at University of Washington in Seattle and then promptly landed the alternate for the lead role in the first national tour of the stage play Miss Saigon.
