Democratic politician and, from 2003 to 2012, a twenty-second district member of the Maryland House of Delegates. During his time in the House, he served on both the Ways and Means and Legislative Data Systems Committees. A Prince George County, Maryland high school wrestling champion, he went on to earn a degree in government from the University of Maryland, College Park.
