He owned his own successful photography business when he was 18 years old but decided that he wanted to head in a different direction. When he was 20 years old he decided he wanted to move to Los Angeles to pursue an entertainment industry career. To stay busy he began his YouTube channel, went to acting classes, and got his pet dog named Tiny.
