Known as an advocate against childhood obesity, she rocketed to fame as a child as a co-author of the book Who's the New Kid? with her mother and Jenna Glatzer. The book documents her transformation beyond childhood obesity and methods to help children in the same situation. After she hit 186 pounds on the scale at only nine years old, her family resolved to implement new exercise and eating routines to help her return to a healthier weight and lifestyle.
