Slovenian-born abstract painter who was a founding member of the Earth Group art collective. He and famed painter Ivan Tabakovi' ran a private art school during the 1920s. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb and also studied in Prague and Paris during the 1920s.
