Poet, composer, printer, and interdisciplinary artist who was part of the Fluxus movement in the 1960s. His publications include On the Composition of Signs and Images and A Dialectic of Centuries: Notes towards a Theory of the New Arts. He was born in England and raised in New England. In his early adulthood years, he attended the New School of Social Research in New York City.
