Member of Parliament for the Conservative Party of Great Britain. She served as Lord Commissioner of the Treasury from 2013 to 2014 and was appointed Minister for Modern Slavery and Organised Crime in 2014. She attended Imperial College London, graduating with a degree in mathematics. She worked as a financial manager from 1991 to 2007.
