Late 19th and early 20th-century Slovene writer who became known for his poetry, translations, and plays. His dramatic works include Medeja and Rejenka; his poetry collections include Pesmi and Dunajski Soneti. After finishing his studies in Vienna, he taught in Josefstadt between 1878 and 1901.
