American author and self-help speaker best known as one of the creators of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). He has written books such as Frogs into Princes: Neuro Linguistic Programming and The Structure of Magic I: A Book About Language and Therapy. He attended the University of California, Santa Cruz and got his Bachelor's in philosophy and psychology and his Master's in psychology from Lone Mountain College.
