American soccer player who captained the Wake Forest Demon Deacons to their first ever NCAA National Championship title in 2007. He later played professional soccer for teams like the Los Angeles Galaxy and represented the United States internationally. He was born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and began attending Wake Forest University in 2004.
