Basketball coach who led the Los Angeles Lakers to an NBA Championship in 1980. He also went on to have success in the WNBA, coaching the Phoenix Mercury to a WNBA Championship in 2007. He led the Los Angeles Lakers to the NBA finals in his rookie coaching season.
