Notable for his guest starring roles on numerous British television series including Vanity Fair and Vital Signs and for his BBC Radio work, he is also famous for his stage work with the Royal Shakespeare Company. After studying at the University of Liverpool, he trained at the renowned Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in London, England.
