Liberian politician who served as the economic adviser for the Republic of Liberia from 1964 to 1973. He attended the College of West Africa and briefly studied at the University of Liberia before attending Babson College in Massachusetts, USA, where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance and was the first African graduate in the school's history.
