American politician who was the 128th Speaker of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from 1967 until 1968 and 1973 until 1974 and also served as the Republican Leader of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from 1971 until 1972. He was stationed in Italy during World War Ii and served as a United States Air Force pilot.
