Irish independent politician who served in the Roscommon County Council from 2004 to 2011. He was elected to the Teachta D la for Roscommon South Leitrim in 2011. He first entered into politics by running as an independent in the 1997 election. He was not taken very seriously because of his personal style and because his platform advocated the legalization of cannabis.
