Notable for her childhood roles in episodes of Desperate Housewives, Dexter, and Parks and Recreation, Phillips is also known for her performances in the 2015 films Stockholm, Pennsylvania and Rock the Kabash. At the start of her career, Phillips made an uncredited appearance in a 2010 episode of the popular musical television series Glee.
