Born Irene Greengard and known by the stage names Irene Kane, Chris Chase, and Helen Kane, this 20th-century actress is perhaps most famous for her role as Gloria Price in the 1955 Stanley Kubrick film Killer's Kiss. After ending her acting career in the late 1970s, she became a journalist, news anchor, and nonfiction writer. She began her entertainment career by modeling for Vogue magazine.
