Singer and guitarist best known as a member of the band Four Year Strong. He and his bandmates founded the group in Worcester, Massachusetts in 2001. He and his fellow Four Year Strong bandmates all attended Doherty Memorial High School in Worcester. They met through mutual friends, and bonded over their shared love of the punk genre.
