Ryan was released on $100,000 bail, but the Los Angeles City Attorney tells E! News that she was charged with two misdemeanor counts: driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or above. She addressed the incident on Twitter Wednesday, where she apologized to her fans for what happened.

"Over the last few days I have had the chance to think about my actions, and I wish I had used better judgement," she wrote. "I recognize that I am a role model and have always worked hard to set a good example for my millions of fans. I am so sorry to disappoint everyone."
